Dehradun, April 11
Garhwal MP Satpal Maharaj said today that construction work on the Bangajhala drinking water project, which falls in his constituency, would begin soon.
In a statement issued here, the MP said he had held talks with state Potable Water Minister Mantri Prasad Naithani and the latter had given him an assurance that the work would start soon.
He said the project would ensure clean drinking water to the entire Ramnagar region.
